How long does shipping take?
Please reach out if you have urgent needs and we will accommodate your request to the best of our abilities. Some orders with multiple items will arrive in multiple shipments. We offer a multitude of top-notch brands and “shop small” whenever possible. For this reason, our learning tools have a variety of processing and ship times. Check the item description for individual shipping details as we make every effort to disclose when an item requires lengthy fulfillment.
Why didn't I receive my entire order?
It's coming, we promise! Items ship from multiple warehouses and ship as they become available so that you don't have to wait for all of your goodies to arrive if an item is on backorder or handmade.
